Well this year all three girls were in the parade with their Girl Scout Troops. Shalynn, Tawny and I with our troop and then Caris with her Daisy troop. It was actually pretty fun seeing all my girls in the parade this year. My troop was the tail end of all the Girl Scout troops that were walking in the parade so I only got a few pictures of Caris before we started the drive along the parade route. Caris and her troop were in the back of a truck because it is just a little to much walking for kindergartners. 
The theme for the parade this year was peace so the Girl Scouts decided to be Peace Angles and we had Tye-dyed shirts of all kinds in our section of the parade. It was really fun to see all the different kinds of t-shirts that everyone came up with. I was actually very nice this year. It was not very cold which was really nice for everyone involved in the parade. I remember last year when it was really cold and the girls were just not having a good time at all. This year they were really up beat and you could see that they were enjoying themselves.
This is the only picture that I have of all three girls and the sun was in their eyes hence their lovely faces LOL. I am just glad that the girls still want to participate in Girl Scouts and that they let me be their co-leader and are not "Oh my Mom is the leader and I don't want to do Girl Scouts anymore." It is amazing how fast time flies when you are no longer a kid. As I sit back and think about when I started Girl Scout wish Shalynn it just seems likes yesterday but it has been 6 years already. Shalynn will be in High School Before I know it and then off to College. Where does all the time go?
